Hello my name is Zaid :)
I began as a skinny guy, so thin that my rib cage was visible. Unhappy with my appearance, I committed to bulking up at the gym. The journey was challenging without expert guidance, but after eight months, I transformed from 60kg to 80kg, gaining muscle and confidence.
Then, a severe car accident fractured my skull and caused partial facial paralysis, putting me out of commission for six months. When I could finally return to the gym, COVID-19 hit, closing all gyms. Undeterred, I turned to running and calisthenics, diligently working on my fitness despite the setbacks.
When gyms reopened, I continued my journey and achieved even greater results. I realized my true passion is helping others achieve their fitness goals.
